Cooperating with logistics:

  • Home delivery: Black Cat, Hsinchu Freight (Taiwan Main Island only)
  • Supermarkets: 7-11, FamilyMart (Taiwan Main Island)

Delivery days/region:

  • Shipping days: 3 - 7 days
  • Applicable areas: Taiwan main island

2. Pick up goods from supermarket

  • Delivery days: 3-7 days
  • Applicable areas: Taiwan main island

2. Shipping instructions

1. After placing the order (excluding the day of ordering), it will take about 3-7 working days to be shipped, excluding holidays.

2. Delivery time is 10:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, no delivery is arranged on Saturdays and Sundays

3. If there are a large number of orders during holidays or force majeure, shipments may be delayed.

4. If you select [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the home delivery driver.

5. If you choose [Supermarket]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within seven days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without any reason; any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
