1. Product Appreciation Period

1. According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the product appreciation period is 7 days (including holidays) starting from the day after the arrival date of the product.

2. The 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for consumers to hesitate and confirm whether the product meets their needs. Consumers can conduct reasonable inspections of the product, and it is not a trial period for the product.

3. According to the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communication Transactions" of the Consumer Protection Division of the Executive Yuan, except for foods that are easy to perish and have a short shelf life (will expire when returned/cancelled), customized products, current newspapers, and periodicals Or magazines, opened audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, opened personal hygiene products and other products for which the appreciation period is not applicable, consumers can apply for return without giving any reason during the appreciation period. .

2. Instructions for returns during the appreciation period

1. If consumers need to return goods during the appreciation period, please contact the customer service staff and provide the "orderer's name", "orderer's phone number", "return product name" and other information. The customer service staff will assist you with the return process.

2. The goods to be returned during the appreciation period must be unused, and there must be no damage or malfunction caused by human defects that will reduce the value of the goods.

3. When returning goods, the complete and original packaging and contents of the goods when shipped should be maintained, and the original invoice or voucher should be handed over to the logistics company for processing.

4. For those who received a full amount of gifts at the time of consumption, if the amount after deducting the returned goods does not reach the full gift threshold, the return should be made together with the new, unopened and used gifts. If the gift has been used or opened, the refund will be made after deducting the amount of the gift.

5. If consumers return goods during the appreciation period, if they used coupons or discount codes when ordering the goods, no refund will be given after the return.

3. Return and exchange of defective goods

1. After receiving the goods, consumers should immediately conduct a reasonable inspection of the goods. If they find that the goods have visible defects caused by the production, manufacturing, packaging, and transportation processes, and are likely to affect the function and value of the goods, they should Contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

2. 3. When consumers send returned or exchanged goods, they should package the goods completely before sending them; if they are fragile, they should be protected as necessary.

4. If you want to exchange goods, please inform the customer service of the goods you want to exchange. The logistics company will deliver the exchange goods together with the return.

5. If you want to return or exchange a combination product due to defects in some of the products, you should use the entire product combination together.

6. If the gift is defective, the consumer may request to replace the gift with a non-defective one, but shall not require the return or exchange of the product based on the defect of the gift.

7. If you use a coupon or discount code when ordering and apply for a return or exchange due to product defects, the company will refund the coupon or discount code together with the return after the return; if you exchange the product, the original coupon or discount code will be directly used as a discount.

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

1. The product appreciation period has exceeded 7 days when applying for return.

2. The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, dirt, etc.

3. The returned goods are incomplete, the accessories are missing, or the invoice or voucher is not attached.

Refund:

1. For those who paid by credit card, our company will complete the credit card refund procedure within 7 working days after accepting the return; bank processing time takes approximately 14-21 working days, and each bank's time is different. 2. For those who paid via online ATM, the company will remit the refund to the bank account provided by the consumer within 7 working days. However, the consumer must bear any inter-bank handling fees or related fees incurred due to the refund.
