Service area:
Taipei, Taichung, Tainan (limited to old Tainan urban area), Kaohsiung
Charges:
NT$450/hour (minimum 2 to 4 hours per service unit)
Appointment time:
It is recommended to make an appointment 1 month in advance to be more likely to succeed.
- Each caregiver has obtained a government-issued long-term care service personnel certificate (long-term care card)
- Instructions for the first appointment: For the first appointment, you need to go to your home in advance for a health visit assessment and sign a service contract (about 1 hour)
Medical guidance | Service process
❶ Pre-medical arrangements
- Confirm customer medical needs (time, location and medical institution)
- If you have any questions related to special diseases, you should ask your doctor
- Confirm whether there are any special assistive device needs
- Confirm whether assistance in arranging transportation is required (additional charges apply)
❷ Medical accompaniment
- The caregiver picks up the client at the scheduled location
- Accompanying hospital registration and consultation
- Assist in asking questions related to specific diseases during medical consultations
- Assist with the diagnostic process (X-ray/ultrasound examination, blood drawing, computerized tomography...)
- Assist with hospital payment and medication collection processes
❸ Post-medical consultation
- The caregiver takes the client back to the scheduled location
- Report the concierge center service completion
- Dedicated personnel to report customer medical treatment content
